Win With Us®
Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of winwithus.com (the “Website”) and the Formica Law Group customer-care text messaging program. By using the Website or enrolling in the text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Informational Purposes Only
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. Laws and legal outcomes depend on specific facts and may change over time. You should not act or refrain from acting based solely on Website content.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing the Website, submitting a form, sending a text or email, calling our office, or receiving a response does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only after Formica Law Group confirms in writing that it has agreed to represent you. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until representation has been confirmed and you have been instructed how to transmit that information securely.
Submitting information does not prevent Formica Law Group from representing another person whose interests may be adverse to yours unless applicable law or a written agreement provides otherwise.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Descriptions of prior matters, verdicts, settlements, testimonials, or results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome. Every matter is different and depends on its particular facts and applicable law.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not:
Interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
Attempt unauthorized access to the Website or associated systems;
Introduce malicious code or automated scraping tools;
Misrepresent your identity;
Submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing material; or
Use Website content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
5. Formica Law Group Messaging Terms
Program Name and Description
The Formica Law Group Customer Care SMS Program provides customer-care messages relating to consultation requests, initial calls, appointments, intake follow-ups, requested information, document or electronic-signature links, and, where applicable, case-related communications.
Formica Law Group will not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program unless you separately provide any consent required by law.
Consent and Eligibility
You will receive text messages only after providing consent through an approved opt-in method. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining legal services.
By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. You agree to notify us if the number is reassigned or you are no longer authorized to use it.
Rates and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Your wireless carrier’s standard message and data charges may apply to messages sent to and from Formica Law Group. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through the program unless you enroll again.
Other reasonable opt-out requests will be honored as required by applicable law.
Help and Support
For assistance, reply HELP, call 866-76-LAWYER, or email info@formicalawgroup.com.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Do not rely on text messaging for emergencies, filing deadlines, statutes of limitation, court appearances, or other urgent or time-sensitive matters. Call our office directly if a matter requires immediate attention.
Privacy and Security
Our collection and use of information associated with the messaging program are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Text messages may not be encrypted. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, or similarly sensitive information by text unless Formica Law Group specifically instructs you to use an approved secure method.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Formica Law Group and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view or print Website content for personal, noncommercial use. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or exploitation is permitted without prior written authorization.
“Formica Law Group,” “Win With Us,” associated logos, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Formica Law Group does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
8. Website Availability and Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formica Law Group disclaims warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any duty or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including professional obligations arising from an established attorney-client relationship.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formica Law Group and its attorneys, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Website or messaging program.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not limit obligations arising under a written attorney-client engagement agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating solely to Website use or these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website or messaging program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
